Ben Foden, was selected as the face of a 6 week campaign by Northampton sponsor Iceni Waters. The campaign was to stress and promote the importance of keeping hydrated during exercise. Iceni felt that having a professional sportsman such as Ben would enable them to exceed coverage outside of Northampton and this was successfully achieved. Two bespoke video features were created, featuring Ben and the conditioning staff at Northampton Saints going through his pre match fitness regime. Ben was also offered for interview with key website editors and radio stations. 47 Radio stations including SKY Sports News and Talk Sport, picked up the interviews and 11 key websites including national sites such as The Sun, The Guardian and the Metro. The campaign resulted in a 180% return on investment for Iceni Waters.
