Twix
Cardiff Blues and Wales Star Jamie Roberts was on hand to give his support to a world record attempt to complete the longest-ever tea round. He joined the Twix® Tea Lady, 28-year-old Rebecca Wass from Norwich, as she reached her 202nd mile after delivering more than 1,000 cuppas so far. The challenge took her from Land's End to John O'Groats and raised money for charities such as Help a South Wales Child along the way.
Covering up to 80 miles each day 28-year-old Rebecca Wass, a former Youth Worker who was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, set a Guinness World Record for the longest tea route.
Rebecca said: “It was incredible meeting Jamie - he was about twice my size! I still have a big challenge ahead of me but he pushes himself to his limits in his sporting career every day and is a real inspiration."
Along the route she will also raised money for charity and the funds raised from the Cardiff leg of her ride went to support ‘Help a South Wales Child.’
